Job Description Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests in making hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Record and file all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately on prescribed forms or folders. Verify the reservation correspondence accurately and neatly, and follow up correspondence before guest arrival.
Job Requirement Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management One year or above working experience in the hospitality or service industry. Fresh graduates and new to the industry will also be considered. Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin) Familiarity with PMS is an advantage. Willing to work on shift (overnight shift is not required). Good interpersonal and communication skills
