Our client, a well-established insurance company operating in the Asia-Pacific region, focuses on delivering general insurance solutions and robust risk management practices for other insurers. In line with the updated requirements from Insurance Authority on regulatory reportings, they are actively seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join their Compliance and Risk Management team. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities: Provide practical compliance advice for business units Handles licensing matters, notification, annual return, survey and other ad hoc reports as required by the regulators; Handle on-going IA reporting matters Formulate and update internal policies and procedures to ensure relevant compliance standards are complied with Ensure company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements and monitor adherence with these policies
Requirements: University graduate; holder of ACII or ANZII (Senior Asso) qualification or equivalent Minimum 5 years' working experience in compliance or corporate governance sector Sound knowledge of all general insurance, claims and market practice Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Good command of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
