The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, and must be a resident of Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans, including payroll management, social security, and provident funds. Manage employee payroll and benefits accounting, disbursement, and tax reporting. Ensure timely follow-up on employee insurance applications and maintenance. Conduct employee performance appraisals and manage rewards. Assist the HR department in other related work. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits. Familiarity with Hong Kong's relevant laws and regulations, compensation systems, and performance management. Proficient in office software such as Excel, with strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain good working relationships with employees and management.
