Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries Provide translation services for business and personal matters, including written and verbal communication Manage and maintain appointment schedules, travel arrangements, and calendar updates Manage claims and expenses Coordinate the arrangement for the Executive's pet
Requirements: Min 5 years experience as a secretary, personal assistant or admin assistant Bachelor degree in any related discipline Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Strong sense of responsibility, and well organized
