Our client is a sizable corporation and now is seeking a Senior Facilities & Administration Manager to join the team and oversee the administrative operations leading a sizable team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing administrative functions - lead the development and implementation of workplace transformation initiatives and oversee the management of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, workplace strategy, project management, and vendor management.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal facility performance and cost-effectiveness Responsible for Corporate travel management Manage vendor relationships and contracts Manage office planning and renovation projects to meet departments' operational needs Manage facility budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors Provide ad hoc support as required
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative management Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, data protection laws, and financial regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Fluent in English and Cantonese
