About our client: Our client are seeking a Senior HR Manager specializing in policy writing and serving as an HR Business Partner to join the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs. In addition, the candidate will play a key role as an HR Business Partner in providing support and guidance to managers and employees. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in policy writing, HR management, and serving as an HR Business Partner. They must possess excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they must be able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including employee relations, recruitment, selection, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and employee development. Review and update existing HR policies, procedures, and programs. Serve as an HR Business Partner regarding recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. Manage HR data, including preparing HR reports for management and government agencies and ensuring data accuracy. Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to improve and optimize HR practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years of experience in policy writing and HR Business Partner roles. Candidates from sizable company is preferred Demonstrated ability to develop HR policies, procedures, and programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
