Our client is a hotel in Hong Kong that is easy to reach by various means of transportation.
They are searching for manager with strong leadership abilities to run one of the hotel's Japanese restaurants.
Responsibilities: Assist Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operation Establish long term rapport with customers Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant Provide on-the-job training to staff at all levels Deliver food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction Handle customers enquiries and complaints
Requirements: Certificate holder or above preferably with hotel or food and beverage training Minimum 5 years related experience, including supervisory level experience in Food & Beverage field At least 2 years work experience in same capacity Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving and training abilities Good management skill with positive mind-set, detailed service and customer driven Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
