Requirement: Provide assistance to the daily operations of the Hong Kong Family Office Handle all settlement-related processes for equities, fixed income, FX, funds, direct investments, and properties (both Hong Kong and overseas) Involved in structure setup for different investment products Prepare monitoring reports for investments to ensure all regulatory and reporting requirements are fulfilled in a timely and compliant manner with local regulatory bodies Responsible for in-house treasury activities such as cash flow management and budgeting, time deposit placement, bank account maintenance, and M&A project support Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in treasury or settlement roles, preferably in financial institutions Logical and highly resourceful with strong strategic thinking, organizing, analytical, and reporting skills A good team player with strong investment product knowledge would be an advantage Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher rank positions Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
