Job Description Provide reception service, greet visitors, handle phone calls 提供前台接待服務, 招待到訪客人, 接聽電話 Handle general office routine and clerical duties 處理一般辦公室及日常雜務工作 Support to the team 支援各部門工作 Ad hoc assignments as required 處理臨時工作 Requirements HKDSE or above 中六或以上程度 One year or above working experience, Fresh Graduate also welcome 一年或以上相關工作經驗, 也歡迎畢業生 Cooperate and coordinate with different parties, good communication skill 良好人際關係與溝通技巧 Fluent in Cantonese, can communicate in English and Mandarin 流利粵語、懂英語及普通話溝通能力 Proficiency in PC operation and Microsoft office 懂一般電腦文書軟件處理如Microsoft Office Good initiative, Independent, Responsible, Cheerful 積極主動, 獨立工作能力, 富責任感,性格開朗 Working hours Monday to Friday 9-6, Public holiday and Sunday off 週一至週五9點至6點, 公眾假期和週日放假 有意者可電郵至[email protected]
