Admin & Accounting Clerk / Officer

Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, training, and personnel management tasks, such as drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, maintaining personnel records, etc. Assist with administrative tasks, such as document management, mailing, data entry, etc. Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoice recording, bill processing, expenditure reports, etc. Perform other personnel, administrative and accounting tasks as needed. Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in accounting or related discipline Minimum 1 years relevant working experience Preferably with experience in accounting or administrative work. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese) Good in documents handling, proficient in PC Knowledge in MS Office processing is an advantage Detail-oriented, patient, responsible and diligent. Interested in accounting and administrative work.
