Vita Green Group is looking for an HR Operations Manager with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits and a proven track record in regional HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in designing and implementing efficient HR processes that support our diverse workforce across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee data management.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive C&B strategy that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and regional differences.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure our C&B offerings are attractive and retain top talent.
- Coordinate with regional HR teams or vendors to harmonize HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Streamline and optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability to support business growth.
- Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgeting for salaries, benefits, and other HR-related expenses.
- Provide expertise and guidance on complex HR operational matters, including tax implications, legal compliance, and policy development.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition and HRBP teams to integrate C&B strategies with recruitment and employee growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present analytics and reports on HR operational metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong background in regional HR operations, with a deep understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for candidates who have overseen implementations or upgrades.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
