Location: HKEX - Exchange Square Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Permanent Job Summary: Job Duties: Responsibilities: As a Product lead within the Data Product Development team you will be responsible for delivering differentiating data products that align with the strategy of the business and the exchange as a whole. To that end you will leverage strong domain expertise, client engagement, operational abilities and leadership skills to understand the needs of the market, design product to meet those needs and devise/execute a plan for their implementation and ongoing management. In addition to work with new product offerings, you will develop a deep understanding of the suite of existing HKEX data products and contribute to their ongoing enhancement based on client needs and opportunities for growth. Requirements: University degree or equivalent. Over 12 years of experiences in data business, markets, or relevant fields. Product and/or Project Management experience. Domain Expertise in the Data Industry, preferably related to Exchange Business. Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Solid understanding of both Exchange traded and OTC capital markets. Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
