Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team Handle & follow up sales orders and related documents, such as SO, PO, Invoice, quotations Coordinate with cross function teams, including sales, marketing, logistics and finance on the sales related order processing Manage and update the data and pricing in the system Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements: Diploma or above with 1-2 years working experience preferably in Sales Administration / Customer Services Excellent customer sense, interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in computer application and MS Office Experience in Oracle system is an advantage Good in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
