行政及財務助理

工作職責: 負責寫字樓茶水間簡單日常清潔;  訂購寫字樓用品,如文具及日常用品等;  文書檔案處理及存檔;  一般行政職責;  間中外出工作,如到銀行入票、取文件及交費等;  執行其他由上司委派之工作等。   入職條件(資歷): 認同組織理念,具團隊精神,主動積極及獨立工作; 專上教育:文憑/證書; 1-2年相關工作經驗; 良好粵語,良好普通話,良好英語,懂讀寫中文,懂讀寫英文; 熟悉中英文電腦運作 (MS Words, MS Excel) 及懂打字。   求職者可電郵履歷表到 [email protected]
