Responsibilities: To provide customer service by answering incoming phone calls in Customer Services Centre (Sheung Wan Office) Provide clerical support to the department including data entry and filing Requirements: F.5/DSE or above 2 year working experience in customer services working experience is highly preferable Good telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing Immediately available is preferred We offer attractive remuneration to the right candidate.
