Job Description To process and monitor new business orders submitted from consultants To process and clear the aftersales requests raised by consultants To communicate with internal colleagues and external service providers To ensure all data in CRM system is update and accurate To perform customer due diligence check, such as AML, PEP…etc Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirement: DSE or above Minimum 2 year working in working experience Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing; Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin; Excellent manner, communication and interpersonal skills;
