Your new role
Your responsibilities include:Lead the Finance team to succeed in all finance functions, including financial control and operations, regulatory review and finance projectsOversee the responsibilities of financial reporting, group reporting, framework control, financial analysis, and project managementMaintain company policies and handle the implementation of new policiesHandle analytical review of business results and operationsTake charge of finance business-partnering with C-suites and Senior ManagementPartner with various departments to ensure smooth project management
What you'll need to succeedCPA QualificationBachelor's Degree10+ Years of relevant accounting and finance experience within the insurance industryStrong communication and stakeholder management experienceKnowledge of insurance contracts and standardsAble to work in a fast-paced environment
