Job Description Responsibilities: Provide assistance and support throughout the sales process, including the preparation of marketing presentation materials, coordination of roadshows, note-taking during meetings, and diligent follow-up on action items. Address client inquiries promptly and deliver exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved effectively. Escalate critical matters to the team head and senior management, when necessary. Serve as the primary representative and point of contact for our CRM system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and generating comprehensive dashboards and reports for senior management. Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and prompt resolution of client needs and concerns. Assist in conducting due diligence questionnaires and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients. Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates on funds to clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Provide support in organizing client seminars, events, and roadshows, taking responsibility from the planning stage through to flawless execution. Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse assignments. The Successful Applicant Requirements: Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in a sales support or customer service role within the financial services or asset management industry. Holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4 are highly preferred. Exhibit a customer-focused mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Work independently and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
