Title: Campus Recruitment Coordinator (Contract) - Financial services firm Location: Hong Kong About the Role: Our client is a top tier financial services firm who is looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This is a one-year renewable contract role. Responsibilities: Partner with internal recruiters to manage full campus recruitment life-cycle, from CV screening, interview scheduling, program conversion to onboarding Liaise with hiring team on interview arrangements, collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates Maintain and track candidate pipelines on ATS Build relationship with stakeholders within the business and work on projects with HR Participate in recruiting and HR projects including candidate tracking, expense processing, and operations documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related discipline Experience in financial services industry and fast-paced environment Experience in campus recruitment is preferred Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through Self-motivated and able to work independently Interested?
