Fund Sales/ Distribution Sales- Team Head Job Description As Fund Sales, you will support the team to achieve the team's fund sales goals. You will also identify investment sales opportunities from existing client base as well as prospectus generated by marketing activities. Other responsibilities include: Build, manage, and grow our institutional and distribution team in Greater China region. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with investors - private banks, family offices and HNWIs. Establish local and global channels and expand our institutional customer base efficiently Identify customer’s investment/retirement savings needs and perform constant monitoring of investment portfolio in order to provide appropriate advice on investment solutions and after-sales service to customers Ensure high level sales quality and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements Requirements: University graduate 8+ years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales & business development in financial services Proven track record of developing relationships, negotiating, and problem-solving with both internal and external partners and stakeholders Knowledgeable in investment products Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese & Mandarin Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
