*Role: Execute the strategic, commercial and operational requirements of the team, thus allowing the Sales team to focus on most important customers. Manage interdepartmental projects and initiatives, getting their hands dirty and improving operational effectiveness. Handle all reporting and analytical requirements team. Be sales savvy and solve critical problems efficiently and effectively. Own reporting and data analysis requirements. Help the facilitate and improve sales campaigns by leading the internal planning, execution and analysis processes. Proven success handling operational responsibilities in a fast-changing working environment/sector. Experience leading and executing large strategic initiatives Extremely adept with numbers, financial and managerial reports, and the underlying economics of a business. Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Comfortable with technology Sales savvy. While prior direct sales and customer handling is not a requirement, there must be a baseline understanding of sales processes and concepts. High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint,Excel, and CRM systems. Ability to speak other European and Asian languages a plus
