Responsibilities: Analyze business and system requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Coordinate project rollout, communication, and testing to meet business objectives. Prepare comprehensive business and technical requirement documents. Drive end-to-end planning and execution of business case, testing, training, and communications. Build strong relationships with sales/traders, understanding and translating their needs into actionable tasks. Facilitate the adoption of SDLC framework. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders from various business functions. Prepare application system documentation for seamless operations. Qualifications: Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business/system analysis in the financial industry, preferably in the Asia Equity front office area. Sound knowledge of order management systems and trading platforms. Familiarity with equity trading workflows and order flow life cycle. Knowledge of derivative products such as Equity Swaps is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks with a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics across all levels of management and business functions. Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders in both business and technology. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional team members. Self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset, capable of working independently and delivering under pressure.
