Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, operations, and vendors, to identify and prioritize strategic platform enhancements and deliver innovative solutions. Conduct thorough market research and analysis of emerging industry trends and technology advancements to identify opportunities for leveraging new platforms and tools. Evaluate and select appropriate technology partners and vendors, establishing strategic relationships to support the implementation of platform enhancements. Monitor and measure the performance of existing platforms, identifying areas of improvement, and driving innovative enhancements based on user feedback and business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve platform integration, interoperability, scalability, and security. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of technology platforms, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team and the wider organization, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (around 10 years) in technology strategy, platform management, or similar roles within the financial services or banking industry. Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and managing technology platforms, applications, and tools in a complex and highly regulated environment. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities. Demonstrated track record of leading successful platform projects from inception to completion, delivering business value through technology innovation. Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Up-to-date knowledge of fintech development, and innovations across the banking industry.
