Duties Assist to manage suppliers and product portfolio to achieve KPI by reviewing the performance of various merchandises and fine tune the merchandising strategies including promotion set up Monitor the sales and manage the purchase order, invoice and delivery process of assigned supplier accounts independently Establish and maintain good relationship networks with suppliers, consignors and players in merchandising discipline Understand the latest trend of international and domestic markets and explore potential suppliers/merchants on assigned category Handle the documentation in accordance to the merchandise procurement procedures Responsible for POS item master management and merchandising administration Ensure the merchandise meets the statutory requirements such as safety and labeling
Requirements Degree in any business-related discipline 2 years of retail buying experience is preferred Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent in Excel and familiar with Retail POS Self-motivated and good communications skills
