Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant Provide superior service to the guests Build positive rapport with guests Maintain adequate stock level of restaurant related supplies for smooth operations Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the restaurant to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in western restaurants Excellent guest interaction skills Team player, outgoing, confident, detail-oriented and dynamic personality with positive mindset Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Captain.
