Responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Partie in day-to-day food production Support the operations of a specified kitchen section Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen
Requirements: School certificates in vocational training 1-year culinary experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered Independent, eager to learn, a good team player with strong communication skills Good spoken English and Cantonese
