Responsibilities: Assist the Sous Chef to ensure the high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company
Requirements: Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate At least 2 years’ culinary experience in western fine dining restaurants or hotels Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented A good team player with strong communication skills Good spoken of Cantonese and English
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Demi Chef de Partie.
