Client Details An exciting job opening for a Treasury Officer/ Analyst in a rapidly expanding utility enterprise! Seeking candidates with a strong background in treasury management, specifically in handling banks, LCs, cash flow, and risk management. DescriptionMaintain strong relationships with banking partners and serve as the main point of contact.Monitor bank account activity, reconciling statements.Handle the opening of bank accounts, KYC requirements, and other administrative tasks.Prepare accurate and timely reports on treasury activities.Identify and evaluate financial risks/ commodity risks, etc. Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flows.Manage and oversee the process of Letters of Credit (LCs) issuance, Review LC documents, and assist in the negotiation of LC terms, pricing, and fees with banking partners to optimize LC processes and minimize costs.Maintain accurate records of LC transactions, including tracking LC utilization, costs, and expiry dates. ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.A professional certification (e.g., CTP, ACT) in Treasury or Finance is a plus.> 5 years of proven experience in treasury operations, cash management, or related roles.Experience with Letters of Credit (LCs) issuance, negotiation, and compliance requirements.Knowledge of international trade finance regulations and LC-related practices is a plus.Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management principles, and treasury best practices.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
