We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager / Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in operational risk management practices, governance frameworks, etc.
Your new roleDevelop and implement the operational risk management framework in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and quantify operational risks across the bank's operations.Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and trends, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.Review and enhance operational risk policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure their effectiveness and adherence to regulatory standards.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and relevant committees on the bank's operational risk profile and mitigation efforts.
What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM are highly desirable.Extensive experience in operational risk management within the banking industry, preferably at a top-tier Chinese bank.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including proficiency in Putonghua.s, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
