Accounts Payable Officer (up to 25k)

The Company Our client is a sizable multinational institution and is urgently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the company. This is a 6-month contract position. Immediate availability is highly preferred. The RoleReceive, review, and process incoming invoices from suppliers and vendors.Verify the accuracy of invoices, including the correct billing details, pricing, and quantities.Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other accounts payable-related matters.Reconcile vendor statements with the company's records to ensure that all invoices and payments are accurately accounted for.Perform ad hoc tasks Your ProfileAssociate degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounts payable operations, or related financial roles.Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table)Good command of both spoken and written English and ChineseImmediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
