The RoleResponsible of fund accounting and fund operationsPrepare and calculate fund and projected cashflow, NAVs, IRRs, rebalancing, preferred return and carried interestHandle daily operational flows including cash and position reconciliation, trade validation/matching, settlement, cash management, margin usage, stock borrowing, corporate actions, account opening and etc.Liaise with fund administrators, brokers, custodians, auditors on various fund operations task; Provide support to different partiesHandle investors' subscriptions/ redemptions and address related enquires
Your ProfileBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplineMinimum of 4 years' fund related experience and consider candidates came from Big 4 fund auditKnowledge of Private Equity/Venture Capital with direct working experience of fund accounting, Financial Industry Audit and/or fund administration will be beneficialMember of CPA is an added advantageHigh level of multi-tasking and time management skill are requiredFor the candidate who with less experience would be consider as a Senior Fund AccountantA team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
