About the role
We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Baker to join Pane e Latte, our Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the stunning Stanley coast.
You will be working in a fast-paced production and service kitchen, supporting the Head Baker in all aspects of bakery operations. You will be required to follow production workflows using your time management and team working skills. You will be baking premium products using high quality ingredients imported from Italy & France and assisting the Head Baker in all aspects of the production process. Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare all baked products to company standard
- Ensure ingredients are properly managed
- Prepare amount of produce in line with business levels
- Following the approved recipes
- Adhere to Hong Kong Health & Safety regulations
- At least 1 of year of baking experience
- Knowledge of baking a range of breads in a commercial kitchen or retail outlet
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
