Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Being the first point of contact for visitors coming to the office
- Operate and manage a full spectrum of office service/daily operations for the office
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and expenses
- Support office relocation and renovation project
- Handle the procurement of the operational needs of administration functions
- Liaise with relevant vendors, contractors, and other service providers
- Organize staff activities and company events
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and discreet with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred
