About the Role
We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up work sections
- Preparing hot and cold dishes
- Supporting your colleagues when needed
- Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times
- Possess a genuine interest in cooking
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous

- Salary of HKD16,000 per month
