Main Responsibilities
VM Fundamentals
- Deliver VM direction and guideline to a cluster of HK stores team and make sure that store can deliver the VM to meet global standards
- Responding and PIC of HK Stores VM team at make sure they can deliver the best VM standards to the store, support their queries and bridges those queries to the HQ VM or AM and team to support them for the solutions and improvement eg : Layout planning, Mannequins suggestion or adjustment, Product Display at stores, Graphic usage in the stores etc…
- Optimise VM display on a daily basis in our the cluster of stores under your responsibility and support to maximise sales with VM technique (minimum visit with Area Manager 2 times per week).
- Lead VM strategy in your cluster of stores when layout change with new arrivals.
- Support the training session with Retail Training that relates the VM to the store team. To make sure all stores have the same understanding and acknowledge the VM direction.
- Support store opening set up for HK new store opening or by request.
- VM meeting session for the action plan and key message of each week. - Fixture and VM equipment management : Gathering the request or feedback from the store team and sending it to HQ VM for the support request.
Commercial Focus
- Understand customers profile each store in HK and can suggest the team for Layout, MQ outfit styling or Product display in store
- Aware of the product focus ( Depth, Bestseller & Slow moving) and able to create the action or suggestion to the stores.
- Understand Brand DNA’s and can adapt to each store that has different customer profiles.
- Make sure all store get the support from VMs to help pushing the store Performances
KPIs
- Conversion Rate meet HK country target
- Sales/Head improvement
- Store layout and inventory health
- AOQ to meet the HK country target
- AOV to meet the HK country target
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in the retail industry, preferably in fashion
- Strong sense for merchandise presentation in product and with solid knowledge of material application is an advantage
- Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
- Able to work with tight schedule and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in use of Adobe AI, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Open to working various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
