Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients
- Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction
- Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness
- Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments and he customers
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor
- Higher Diploma and above
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Candidate with relevant working experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
- Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
- Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Outdoor work is required
