- In charge of the tender management by defining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts
- Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
- Handle customers' enquiries and requests from different channels
- Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assignedÂ
- Higher Diploma/ Bachelor degree with 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Solid experience on tender management/ quotation/ customer care/ business development field would be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Independent, outgoing, energetic
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediate available is preferred
