- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
- Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Oversee and manage the documentation and record-keeping of quality control processes, including Batch Production Records, test results, reports, and certificates of analysis.
- Devise and review GMP documents such as various material specifications, SOPs, training materials.
- Involve in various validation activities, equipment calibration activities and product stability studies.
- Manage Quality Management System Implementation such OOS investigation, Risk Assessment, Deviation & Incident Investigation Management, Product Quality Complaint & CAPA etc.
- Manage a team of 30 pax, provide clear direction, set performance expectations, continuous improvement. Ensure all QC resources are fully utilized in an effective way.
- Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years' managerial experiences
- Proficiency in implementing Quality Management Systems
- Open to non-pharmaceutical and food background candidates
- Excellent leadership, communication skills and people management skills
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese
