We’re now looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for an ambitious candidate to create content for, manage, and maintain restaurant accounts within an integrated marketing ecosystem. The successful candidate will dive into the nitty-gritty of social media’s role in orchestrating group-level campaigns, PR strategy, digital marketing, and guest relations and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation
- Create head-turning social-native campaigns toward hitting KPI’s on engagement and followers
- Visit restaurants to take candid, authentic, in-the-moment photos and videos
- Edit media into engaging content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, etc.
- Write clear, engaging and on-brand copy
- Provide pre-, onsite, and post-production support for art directed campaign shoots
- Work with the PR & Communications team in aligning KOL activities and key messages
Guest Relations
- Answer comments, questions, and DMs
- Show the way to menus or to direct booking links
- Traffic guest feedback and complaints as and when needed
Social Media Library Creation and Maintenance
- Repurpose existing photos and videos into fresh content
- Scrape guest check-ins, thank guests for visiting, collect appropriate posts and images for reposting - with guest permission, recoloring as needed to match the feed
- Maintain social media folders with correctly labeled and attributed images, that match every brand
Guest Engagement
- Create regular contests, giveaways or collaborations to entertain guests and boost followers
- Coordinate with internal teams on mechanics, prize collection and other logistics
Campaigns
- Drill down group-wide campaigns, such as Halloween, Festive, etc. at the brand level
- Echo PR messages across our accounts in an accurate, actionable and timely manner
- Create ads for reservations, event registrations, and other projects, with a clear call to action
- Manage and monitor ads budgeting
- Support in product sourcing and vendor management
Reporting
- Create clear, actionable and timely reports - weekly and monthly
- Do market research through competitor analysis and trend reports to have clear benchmarks for future campaigns
- University degree, preferably with a major in communications, journalism, humanities or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Ability to take beautiful images and videos using a phone
- Knowledge of design software such as Canva or Photoshop, for branded edits
- Ability to curate user-generated content
- Ability to write clear and concise copy in English. Traditional Chinese is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Multi-tasking under tight timelines, good at problem-solving and attentive to details, resourceful
