About the Role
We are now looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join Pane e Latte, our Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the stunning Stanley coast.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef as the second in command in kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards. You will also take ownership of back-of-house duties such as stock take and staff training.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare the kitchen for service, both people and mise en place
- Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards
- Support colleagues when needed
- Maintain adherence to health and hygiene procedures
- Manage and control stock
- Oversee and train team members
- At least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef, or 3+ years experience working in the kitchen
- Knowledge of Western cuisine, ideally Italian
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility for your role
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
