About the Role:

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem. You will collaborate with e-Commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehouse service providers, payment gateways, and other partners to drive partnership development and business growth. Your role includes coordinating partner relationships, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.

What you need to do:

  • Manage and develop partnerships within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate and establish collaboration agreements with potential partners
  • Coordinate partner relationships to ensure their needs are met and common goals are achieved
  • Provide expertise and support to help partners solve problems and optimize business processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic advice and identify business growth opportunities for partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and handle their issues and complaints
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure accurate information delivery
  • Regularly report on the progress and performance metrics of partner relationships
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of partner relationships and provide improvement suggestions
  • Participate in company marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and expand the partner network
  • Experience in partner relationship management within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem, including e-Commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehouse service providers, and payment gateway
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin for business communications
  • Prior experience in the financial technology or e-Commerce industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
