Synergis Management Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Officer. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our various properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company that values teamwork and professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including conducting regular property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, preparing budgets and financial reports, and assisting with lease agreements and tenant relations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be required to interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders on a regular basis. Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position, based in our [location]. Some travel may be required to visit properties in the portfolio. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting regular inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each property in the portfolio
  • Liaise with tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Assist with lease agreements and tenant relations
  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., property management, real estate, business administration)
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
