主要職責:
訂單登記和處理:
- 處理和跟踪所有來自的訂單,確保準確的數據輸入和記錄保存
- 與客戶服務團隊聯繫,確認訂單詳情並解決任何查詢或問題
- 維護訂單數據庫
- 協調訂單的履行,與倉庫和運輸團隊密切合作
- 更新訂單狀態並定期向客戶服務團隊提供更新
文書工作:
- 管理和維護電子和實體檔案系統
- 提供一般行政支持,包括安排日程、數據輸入和文件準備
- 協助辦公室用品的訂購和庫存管理
其他職責:
- 完成主管分配的其他任務或項目
- 為辦公室環境的整體效率和組織作出貢獻
- 2年以上辦公室支持工作經驗
- 強大的組織和時間管理能力
- 出色的溝通和協作能力
- 精通Microsoft Office套件(Word, Excel)
- 注重細節並能夠同時處理多項任務
- 中五或同等學歷;具備大專學歷者優先
