We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our quality control team. As a growing leader in the health products sector, quality management is a top priority, and we're looking for a passionate individual to help us maintain the highest standards.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Support the QC team in efficiently allocating work and resources to frontline QC staff
- Help develop and review GMP documents like material specs, SOPs, and training materials
- Carefully review batch production records, QC forms, and test reports
- Participate in validation activities, equipment calibration, and product stability studies
- Monitor environmental conditions like compressed air and purified water
- Contribute to the ongoing training and development of the QC staff
- Degree in Chemistry, Chinese Medicine, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered
- Knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis techniques for TCM and/or pharmaceuticals
- Familiarity with PIC/S GMP guidelines is an asset
