Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Craft compelling and engaging copy for various digital platforms, aligning with brand voice and messaging.
- Create, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms and collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and digital specialist to elevate digital ad concepts and content, ensuring they align with overall brand strategies.
- Work with the team to closely monitor and provide feedback on digital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to achieve optimal results.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research on competitors and create insightful analysis presentations (PPT) to guide strategic decisions.
- Create content that adheres to SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
- Develop and manage impactful email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, leveraging them to enhance the strategy as appropriate.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in bilingual content creation/ editing/ copywriting, preferably in the beauty/ dental or aesthetic industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for accurate translation of creatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meta, SEM, Pmax, YouTube, SEO, and WordPress.
- Strong ability to analyze digital performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technology.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
