Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Officer / Senior Officer, Procurement
Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase order, quotation and price comparison
- Submit IT purchase request
- Liaise with IT and other department on verifying fixed assets record
- Update and manage asset records on purchase items
- Operate procurement and asset management system
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
A) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
B) Academic and Professional Qualification
- F.5 / DSE graduates or above
C) Training and Relevant Experiences
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in sizable company
- Familiar with PC operation (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
- More experienced candidate will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
