Officer / Senior Officer, Procurement

Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Officer / Senior Officer, Procurement

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase order, quotation and price comparison
  • Submit IT purchase request
  • Liaise with IT and other department on verifying fixed assets record
  • Update and manage asset records on purchase items
  • Operate procurement and asset management system
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

A)   Knowledge, Skill & Attributes

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

 B)   Academic and Professional Qualification

  • F.5 / DSE graduates or above

C)   Training and Relevant Experiences

  • 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in sizable company
  • Familiar with PC operation (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
  • More experienced candidate will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
