Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall HR operations and functions of the organization
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation, and exit interviews
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll administration and leave management
- Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
