The role:
As an HR Officer in the People team, you will contribute to Burson HK's success and beyond! You will play a key role in supporting our local team, with exposure to regional projects and initiatives. You'll contribute to impactful programs like employee engagement and DE&I, while collaborating with our global network.
Job Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and HR administrative-related tasks.
- You'll collaborate with regional teams on projects and initiatives, contributing to a broader impact across Burson.
- You'll play a key role in supporting HR Operations tasks, such as staff movement processes, insurance & MPF enrollment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and reporting.
- You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from interview coordination to pre-boarding and onboarding, contributing to building a strong and diverse team.
- You'll maintain staff records, personal files, leave records and assist with work visa applications.
- You'll be the key contact for the Internship Program, working closely with the university career centres.
- You'll perform ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned by the team, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team's goals.
- Degree holder with one year of relevant HR experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese Word Processing
- Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on your feet and provide solutions
- Be punctual, detail-minded and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
