Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to a team of 15
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensuring accurate billing, reports and timely follow-up on outstanding tasks
- Liaise directly with the external procurement team to ensure timely bill settlement
- Create and maintain a comprehensive contact list efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic media research and monitoring as requested
- 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates also welcome
- Accounting experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of accountability to the team and clients
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within set timelines
