About the Role
We’re now looking for a cheerful Receptionist to join TokyoLima, Hong Kong’s first and original Nikkei izakaya on Lyndhurst Terrace
You will work alongside a Receptionist Supervisor and be responsible to welcome guests, handle bookings, complaints, and guests enquiries in an efficient and polite manner.
As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and manage guests needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensuring all company standards are met during service
- Setting up the reception desk before shifts
- Answering calls for booking and event enquiries
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
